For more than 20 years, we have been working intensively on the topic of ESD and the prevention of electrostatic discharge in industrial production. Even beyond large production lines, electrostatic discharge is an aspect that is becoming increasingly important. Needs-oriented EPO planning
for standard-compliant protection
A standard-compliant ESD protection zone (EPA) reliably protects sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge – through the targeted use of tested ESD products and clearly defined protective measures. Safe ESD protection can only be guaranteed if all components work together – from the work surface to the floor and clothing. We plan your EPA individually in 3D, supported by software and compliant with DIN EN IEC 61340-5-1, taking all relevant factors into account: Floor coverings, furniture, workstations, transport systems and the spatial conditions of your production. On request, we can integrate existing equipment and develop tailor-made additions to retrofit existing areas in accordance with the standard.

A complete ESD infrastructure also includes regular checks and measurements. We provide you with the right test and measurement equipment – for earthing tests, leakage resistance measurements or monitoring people and workstations. This ensures that your EPA remains standard-compliant in the long term. We also offer advice and training – from the analysis of your existing environment to the creation of an ESD concept and the practical instruction of your personnel. On request, we can support you from the planning phase through to the successful acceptance of your new ESD protection zone.
