Focus on sustainability

Compostable, permanently dissipative plastic

CompoStat® is an innovative, biodegradable plastic based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) developed by ESD-Protect. By specifically adjusting the molecular weight and acetyl content, the material can be flexibly adapted to different requirements – e.g. for covering control units or open contacts.

CompoStat® can be sprayed according to specifications and complies with EN 13432 for biodegradable plastics – for less waste and more sustainability.

ESD plastic panels

The original “S”®plus+ ESD material, manufactured on the basis of PE-UHMW TG 1.2, impresses with its extremely low electrical resistance and therefore excellent conductivity.

Complete stress relief on earthed components takes place in the shortest possible time – for spark-free and safe working. The material therefore offers a cost-effective alternative to carbon-filled PTFE.
